Mrs. Kaanchan Adhikkari - Creative Director
Mrs. Kanchan Adhikari has been involved in the creative media over a decade. Mrs. Kanchan Adhikari’s career as a television content director is worth a praise. During her career in acting, she won the best actress award in State Competition. She acted in a commercial play named "Pala Pala Kon Pudhe Pale To". She has also acted in a few Hindi serials like Bante Bigadte, Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi, Aur Bhi Hain Raahein, Titliyaan etc and acted in 4 Marathi films in a lead role. She was actively involved in Hindi theatre with Mr. Dinesh Thakur. As her directorial debut, she undertook Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited’s serial "Damini" in Marathi. "Damini" created history and achieved the highest rating points on Doordarshan’s regional network and has retained the top slot ever since its first episode took off on air. Today “Damini” is completing its 1500 episodes, which is a record by itself. The success of "Damini" has attributed to excellent directorial and production skills of Mrs. Kanchan Adhikari. Many of her directorial ventures received commendable recognition.
Ravi Adhikari - Creative Director
A media professional, he has the benefit of having worked and trained under the umbrella of his illustrious father Mr. Gautam Adhikari in many of his projects. He has also worked in the capacity of assistant director with popular directors like Satish Kaushik. He represents the young dynamic and changing face of the organisation. He is the interface between the company and the directors, actors and technical teams. He is am integral part of the core team in taking a project from the concept to creation.

Hari Narayanan - Associate Vice President – Commercial
A Commerce graduate, Mr. Hari Narayanan has more than 10 years of media experience behind him. Currently overseeing the content development business, he is responsible for generating fresh business for the content division & ensuring stability in the system. He also overlooks the international operations of the division apart from overseeing the PR & marketing activities of the company. Further, he is leading from the front commercial operations of the channel Mastiii.
Paarthasarthi Iyer – Creative Head
Mr. Iyer Heads the Post Production Division. Mr. Iyer has a rich experience of more than 8 years in both creative and implementation side of content. He has also been incharge and oversees promos for Three Channels, serials and Films. He was also instrumental in winning the Promax Asia Award for the best Channel ID, making it the indian entity to win the first of such award.
